Fall Out Boy will be headlining the 2013 Skate and Surf Festival on Saturday, May 18th. A Day To Remember will headline the festival on Sunday, May 19th. Weekend passes are on sale now. Single day tickets will go on sale Thursday, February 14th at 3 p.m. EST.
